Differences between plating travel motors and lifting motors
Author: Robby
The difference between plating traveling motors and lifting motors is mainly reflected in their functions and application scenarios.
Walking motor is mainly used in plating traveling car or other mobile equipment to drive the horizontal movement of the equipment. It realizes the movement of the equipment in the production line or working area by cooperating with the traveling wheel and driving shaft. The travel motor is usually mounted on the lower beam of the equipment, and through the combination of the drive shaft and travel wheels, it provides the necessary power to realize the horizontal movement of the equipment.
Lifting motors, on the other hand, are primarily used for vertical motion control on plating lines, such as lifting copper fixtures, crane racks, or other components that need to be raised or lowered. The lifting motor realizes the vertical lifting motion of the equipment by cooperating with the lifting shaft and the lifting shaft reducer. It is usually mounted on the top beam and drives the equipment or components to move vertically by connecting with the lifting shaft.
In short, the traveling motor is mainly responsible for the horizontal movement of the equipment, while the lifting motor is responsible for the vertical lifting movement of the equipment. These two types of motors work together in the electroplating production line to accomplish the tasks of material transportation and position adjustment in the electroplating process
