DAYE Stainless Steel Wire Fiber is a special kind of metal fiber, which plays an anti-corrosion and reinforcing role in concrete. It is widely used in major infrastructure projects.

Melt Extract Stainless Steel Fiber, the raw material is stainless steel ingot. The ingot is melted into liquid steel at 1500 ~ 1600 ºC in an electric furnace, and then a high-speed rotating melt extraction wheel approaches the liquid steel on the surface of the liquid steel. Many grooves are carved on the melt extraction wheel according to the requirements of the required steel fiber size. When the melt drawing wheel drops to the steel level, the liquid steel is scraped out by the groove, thrown out by the centrifugal force of high-speed rotation, and cooled and formed at a very fast speed. The melt extraction wheel must be filled with water to maintain the cooling rate. Through this method, steel fibers of different materials and sizes can be produced according to the requirements of customers.

Concrete mass itself is a multiphase, multicomponent, non-homogeneous granular brittle composite material. Its compression ratio is only about one-tenth. What's more, it has pretty low anti-crack ability. Incorporation of steel fibers can block emergence of crack, decrease size of fracture source, and zoom out quantity of crack source. It enables concrete to suppress the extension and propagation of cracks, as well as relieve crack stress and concentration in the process of standing force.
