1.Cylinder

Quality way: cast iron (FC-25) is used for all materials and the hardness is between 85 and 95 HRB. (Wear-resistant and durable)

Cylinder bore diameter: Cylindricity below 0.01/100mm

Cheap way: cast iron with poor quality or aluminum is used, and its processing is unstable, and it is worried about assembly problems. Allowable tolerance is very large.

When the oil is too small, the piston ring will be injured first, and the efficiency will become poor. 2. Piston & piston ring

Quality way: using car grade pistons is Taiwan's most professional and well-known piston manufacturer. it provides pistons for major Japanese and European cars (with factory certificates attached). using high-grade pistons, the piston ring on the matching is absolutely first-class. the piston rings are all made of Japanese brand (RIKEN).

Cheap way: The use of pistons and piston rings from unknown manufacturers results in poor circularity, causing the same problems as the cylinders.

3. Crankshaft

Quality way: FCD55 is used as the material, with the emphasis on spheroidizing annealing. The body retains toughness (durable and not easy to break). After precision grinding, the surface is subjected to High-frequency heat treatment, and the surface hardness is sufficient (wear-resistant). After the crankshaft goes through these procedures, the accepted standard of the product warranty material is HRC40-50.

Mainland: FC25orFC30 is used as the material and has not undergone @ Spheroidizing annealing treatment. This material cannot be subjected to High-frequency heat treatment, so the crankshaft has low hardness and tensile strength. After being used for a period of time, it is easy to wear, resulting in a larger gap, abnormal sound and vibration, and further damage.
