Here are our team's insights:

1. Drip Coffee

• Equipment: Drip brewer, filter paper
• Steps:
  1. Place the filter paper in the filter and rinse it to remove any paper taste.
  2. Add the desired amount of coffee grounds (usually a 1:15 coffee-to-water ratio).
  3. Heat water to 90-96℃ (194-205°F) and slowly pour it over the coffee grounds, ensuring even saturation.
  4. Wait for the coffee to completely drip into the pot, then enjoy.

2. French Press

• Equipment: French press
• Steps:
  1. Add coarsely ground coffee (about a 1:15 ratio).
  2. Pour hot water over the coffee, stirring to ensure all grounds are saturated.
  3. Cover and let steep for 4 minutes.
  4. Slowly press down the plunger, then pour and enjoy.

3. Espresso

• Equipment: Espresso machine
• Steps:
  1. Use finely ground coffee, placing it in the portafilter and tamping it evenly.
  2. Lock the portafilter into the machine and start the brew.
  3. Wait for about 30 seconds, watching for a rich flow of espresso.
  4. Enjoy as is or use it for other coffee drinks.

4. Pour-Over Coffee

• Equipment: Pour-over dripper, filter paper
• Steps:
  1. Place the filter in the dripper and rinse it to eliminate any paper taste.
  2. Add coffee grounds.
  3. Bloom the coffee by pouring a small amount of hot water and letting it sit for about 30 seconds.
  4. Continue pouring hot water slowly and evenly until brewing is complete.

5. Cold Brew Coffee

• Equipment: Cold brew maker
• Steps:
  1. Use coarsely ground coffee, mixing at a 1:4 ratio with water.
  2. Let it steep in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours.
  3. Strain the coffee and dilute to taste, then enjoy chilled.
